    Fruit Yogurt ???

    What do you guys think of fruit yogurt. I eat about one a day, and they have close to 7 grams of protein. Which isn't bad, it tastes good, and has low fat. Is it a good thing to eat ???

    I was thinking of eating more a day.

    I just had some Yoplait Harvest Blackberry....mmm...mmm good... All depends on if you're trying to watch your diet, stuff like that. It's still a good low-fat source of protein, although it does have some sugars in it.

    I love yogurt too but it has way too many carbs, especially the fat free kinds.

    I like fruit yogurts a lot, there is just to much sugar and carbs in them.
