On a cutting Diet are fat Burners neccassry
should I be taken somthing such as eca or clen ........is it relly neccassry
I ordered eca but it is on back order every
what are the vital things to be taken
and what is good in the stores that i can take while waiting 4 my eca
I am takin Rla and Biotin

make your own eca.. caffine, asprin and bronkaid (sp).. its cheaper and you can manipulate the doasge.. they arnt necessery but they do help out a lot.. you might want to throw in flax or udo oil into the mix.. and a multi vit..

vital things for me include protein & a good multivitamin. i also supplement with a lot of vitamin C as well

How do you recommend taking the udo's/flax seed while cutting?
I've heard many different opinions, some say early in the day with just protein meal, and i've heard just before bed with a protein shake while cutting, I wanna get to the bottom of this!!

Are you talking for boosting metabolism or for energy?
For energy, have a cup of dark roasted coffee before you hit the weights or do cardio.

Usual Suspect: So when your cutting personally, how is your diet?
Carb/Protein meal for breakfast, pwo shake/pwo meal? and the rest of the meals protein/fat?

For the most part...its usually (3) p/f meals and (3) p/c meals.
P/c meals are always meal #1, pwo, and p-pwo for me.
Sometimes though I have (2) p/c meals...pwo and p-pwo.
Other times I have (2) p/c meals split up into meal #1 and pwo.
It varies depending on how I'm feeling and what I'm training that day. But I always have carbs in my post-workout shake...always!
