BULKING DIET PLEASE crtitiquet
Hey i just want to say im on a cycle right now that consists of
EQ 500mg/week 1-12
Test E 750mg/week 1-13
Iv been eating very well 400g protein 300g carbs 100g fat
but i want to change it up a little so here is my new diet

Bro, you know what I like to thow in my diet when bulking, Is lots of rasins and apple sauce for extra carbs, I tend to eat lots of red meat as well. A cool thing I learned as well is to up my intake of falx oil for extra calories. When I bulk I eat a bit more carbs and a bit more "bad" food but if you grow good eating clean thats great to. Good luck with your cycle. Eat, train, and grow.

do you feel that 300 g of carbs is enough to grow while your on a cycle? I'm fixing my diet for my upcoming first cycle. and I was gonna try and get about 400 grams. just wondering myself

Everyone is different. 300 may be enough for him. You have to learn your body and tweak it as you go.
