    Question for SwoleCat:

I realize this is a diet forum, but what is your training split like?

Right now it's a bit different, as I am trying to take pics within the next 3-4 weeks.

    Monday- 2 x cardio
    Tues - Back/traps/calves
    Wed - 2 x cardio
    Thurs - Bi's, Tri's, abs
    Fri - Quads/Hams
    Sat - 2 x cardio
    Sun - Chest/Shoulders

That is the current breakdown as of now. Doesn't really change all that much day/bodypart wise, but the actual workout performed during the session will change dependent upon the goals/results desired. (Cardio does change as well w/physique changes/directions)

    Thanks for asking!

That's a pretty good split. How do you like the cardio 2x a day.

Love it when I need to cut up and I have the other parts all in order. Works well!

Hey swole what time would you do your second cardio session for fat burning? and would you have a pro/fat or pro/carb meal after? do you even eat after your second cardio session?

    Just curious

    2nd cardio session about 5:30 p.m.

I eat a fat steak after usually w/some green beans or brocolli and some "I can't believe it's not butter" spray (a Godsend!) and a dash of salt..........okay, lots of salt, as sodium is on no issue while dieting until the final week prep.

I'll then have another meal 2.5 hours after that before retiring for bed. Fat/protein of course.

what combo do you have the meal before fat burning session say around 3 would this be pro/fat meal?

Also i've always wondered what your weight training sessions look like ive seen the split you use but do you follow a low sets high intensity workout? If you dont mind could you go into how many sets/ rep range, exercises per body part you use

    Thanks
