IT DEPENDS ON WHAT/HOW YOU EAT, IT REALLY DOES. YOU CAN EXPECT MINIMAL MUSCLE LOSS, OR YOU CAN DRAG YOUR WILTED MUSCLES IN A BURLAP SACK BEHIND YOU, DEPENDING ON HOW YOU DESIGN YOUR DIET.
