searching the threads and havent found much on how to calculate the amount of dextrose to have PWO.
I weigh 238lbs at 6'4".
I have been using cell-tech because a trainer at my gym owed me some dough and hence gave me a bottle to keep me off his back. I'm sure most of you know it contains 75grams of dextrose per serving. I did just get a buch of dextrose from Protein Factory so I can scale down if needed.

i would say start with 75g and then you're gonna have to see how you react...if you find that you are putting on some fat then lower accordingly..i also try to gauge how much dex i use depending on the intensity of my workouts.
0.8 g of carbs per kg of bodyweight in combination with 0.4 g of protein / kg of bodyweight is the recommended ratio of carbs to protein following a workout.

by the way, are those ratios based on lean body mass. Someone with a weight prob wouldnt use those ratios I would guess.
The ratios are based on bodyweight for strength athletes.
