last week before going away, swole?
ive been following this plan: UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet... for the last 7 weeks and have seen some good results....I have lost quite alot of fat from my stomach, however i have a little stubborn patch at my belly button area and i cant seem to get rid of it...kinda corny but im heading to the beach (mexico) in 9 days and was wondering if there is any plan i should follow that can get rid of this tiny last but of fat? Would cutting out the carbs completely work? should i increase morning cardio intensity? swole i think you once posted a 7 day pre-competition diet. would this be of any help?

If it's a pure fat tissue, actual fat/adipose tissue, then the timeframe you have is not enough time to get rid of it. Low carbs/no carbs/high carbs, still not enough time.
My 7 days to Ultimate Leanness is aimed at a person totally "drying out" after he/she is relatively ripped to the bone already. If one still has fat to lose, then drying out and ridding the body of all Sub-Q water will not hide the fat that is left to be lost.
Got any pics? If so, I can tell you whether it's worth your time or not. I'll be blunt too so you don't waste your time/efforts for an entire week.
