Thread: Latenight Workouts!

Just had a late workout, couldn't get to the gym until 10pm, had my postworkout shake of course, since it's late at night, should I eat some protein/fat? or should I stick to my regular protein/complex carbs??
I'm currently cutting!
I was thinking of just eating a can of tuna by itself...

Do exactly what you'd normally do after your workout.

i second that..tonite i am going to workout at 730 and will have my ppwo at 10ish...your body still needs those carbs no matter what time it is because of you activity.

yup yup...the reason people tend to cut carbs at night is because you're usually less active toward the end of the day...but if that's not the case, there's no reason not to eat carbs.
