How to keep eggs from boring me? I make them sing songs, put on skits, play games with me, uh what else do they do that keeps me entertained? I use the yolk to help clear up my face and pores cause the yolk has protein and it helps tighten up the skin.
Havent used that in awhile. Thanks for reminding me.
Just blend em with your shake and you wont have to spend so much time being culmanarily creative.
ok that was actually pretty funny. I've heard of some other yoke that might help with your skin (J/K). I want to try and make a little bit of a meal out of them so my entire day doesn't have to be drinking shakes. That would be pretty HULKSTER style though, so maybe that would work-hell, didn't he have 23 inch pythons or something?
Well if you are drinking one shake a day anyway, throw the eggs in there. You dont taste the eggs especially if you arent using the yolk.Quote:

I've been eating egg whites every day for the past year now...still not even close to bored with them. I even eat em on cheat days. I know some people make pancakes with egg whites and oats...I've never tried them, but I would imagine they're pretty good w/some sugar free syrup.

This is probably a stupid question, and I'm probably just having a brain fart, but I am not understanding why everyone eats egg whites vs. the whole egg. Maybe if you're eating 1/2-1 dozen a day (which I'm sure alot of you are), but myself, I only eat 3 eggs a day (yolks too) with a protein shake. Is this not a good combination of fat and protein??? 3 egg yolks a day shouldn't kill me should it?
i eat some yolks too, just make sure you supplement with some EFA's, but overall you shouldnt have an issue with yolks..i just eat more whites to consume solid food versus another shake in the morning.

Latley Ive been making egg drop soup. It tastes real good and kills the hunger pain for me.
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Tablespn. Soy Sauce
Pepper
Fresh Veggies is desired
-Bring the above to a boil and slowly stir in how many egg whites (or whole eggs) you wish. Ive used up to 6 eggs.
Take off of heat and eat up!

PS- Sodium is probally really high but I dont worry about that yet. If you want you could use low sodium ckcn. broth and soy sauce if desired.

Why what? Why do I say someone eating raw eggs would be in the minority? Because we here in the U.S.A. have a better economy and don't need to resort to eating raw eggs. Our bodies weren't made to handle the high ratio of bacteria in raw foods. But hey if people in mexico can drink ****ty water and get be used to it, more power to them.
