    www.fitday.com for nutrition facts.

Depending on your goals and time of day you eat it will tell you if it's "good." One positive aspect of it is that it contains an @$$load of fiber and a small amount can make you full for quite some time (and keep the pooper working )

Depends on how it's made and what kind of diet you're doing and how strict you are with it. For instance, the canned stuff usually has added sugar, a ****load of carbs, and not a lot of protein. If it's homemade with extra lean ground beef or turkey, and you eat a controlled portion of it, it can fit into most diets. It will have a decent amount of carbs, but also a LOT of fiber, and protein..just make sure you keep the meat extra lean so as not to make it high in carbs AND fat.
