Hoss. Sugars from fruit is different than that in cookies and such.
I never heard of a banana with carbs.
I know they are basically known for their potassium which is highly recommended before and after working out.
Dont be too critical with your diet HOSS. Worry about your workout routine. At your stage in the game, worrying about a bananas sugar is OVERKILL and not neccassary.

Looking at those banana specs again without refering to any. I would bet anything that bananas have NO PROTIEN 110 calories seems high too. Are you sure that is for a banana? I dont feel like looking it up but I dont think those are correct.

Banana's are also high on the GI. I would only use them p.w. for the simple fact that they spike insulin causing it to rise and promote fat storage although the fat storage promotion is minimal.

From memory I believe they have 7 or 8 amino acids, so they have a very complete amino acid profile, and they contain the most fructose other than apples too I believe.

Hoss at your age mate, just eat everything in sight, don't be afraid to put away 5000-6000 cals a day if you want to, your body is the most anabolic it will ever naturally be at the moment, use that.
