How long does it take for you to raise your HDL?
I had my blood checked a few weeks ago (3.5 monts post cycle of test, winny and tren ) and my hdl was 13. If diet is on par, as well as cardio, how long does it take to see an increase in my HDL's?

you might be able to see a change in as little as 6-8 weeks. keep up with the exercise (most important) and try to stay away from trans-fatty acids.... i don't think you're smoking, but if you are, quit

Definitely staying away from the trans fatty acids, and certainly do not smoke. I eating tons of raw salmon. But I am glad to hear that tuna with albacore helps HDL's. I imagine it's because of the Omega 3's.
Anyways thanks for the responses.

If i remember correctly, omega-3's primarily effect the triglycerides. They might affect LDLs to a slight extent. Diet doesn't have as much impact on HDL as other factors do
