    Hopefully someone can help

I have just started the anabolic diet. I love it so far. Doing it for a month. I've lost 10 lbs. so far. Well, here is the question. Can I drink Crystal Light in place of water?

i wouldnt drink it in place of water...just maybe in addition to water...though crystal light will hydrate you fairly well, there is nothing better for you than water.

And don't get flavorless whey protein and mix it with the lemonade flavor. Tastes like pure vomit. Just looking out for you bruh.

How much was fat loss and how much was muscle loss? Would bet my bottom dollar the latter was probably 60-70% of that weight loss.

Just take in a large amount of protein and run 50 minutes, 4-5 days a week first thing in the morning to burn pure fat. Good luck to you as I was once in state of being overweight. Unfortunately I was in pretty bad shape. But it wasn't until I finally just got sick of the torment in high school my junior year that I decided to put an end to it. Use that as motivation, if it's happened, and fuel the fire to success!

Actually, running is the LAST thing you should do for cardio if your goal is FAT loss.

Additionally, I find it hard pressed to think that a person with "some huge bodyfat" as he states, would be able to run for 45 minutes anyhow. Talk about knee damage!

Confused what you mean by LAST thing you should do Swole for cardio? Secondly, your right I didn't consider the weight factor. Sometimes it blows my mind how your able to see every aspect of a person when writing a response for them. How did you learn so much? Your knowledge is mindboggling. Would some interval running help in burning some extra calories as well?
