purchase which ever steak fits into your diet plan...some are leaner than others, but if you supplement with the proper EFA's then the fat content of red meat shouldnt have a negative effect on your diet. Just make sure that it fits in with your macro breakdown and caloric intake...also be sure not to eat too many carbs with it.

marindale flank steak in equal parts redwine and soysauce and add to the marinade pepper ground garlic and ginger to tatse. I use about a cup of wine, a cup of soy, a tablespoon ginger and tablespoon garlic, and pepper.
For eveything else. Take the meat and rub with about a table spoon each, maybe less , garlic salt, garlic pepper, pepper, and a bit of cayenne pepper. Cook fast and hot on a grill. Leave it red in the middle. So when you microwave the left overs you dont get nasty over cooked microwave meat flavor.
I'll eat any lean cut steak. Steak is steak, I'm not a picky eater.
