just got back into lifting
well, it's been 10 years. i stopped due to a back injury and only recently have the courage to start again. i am starting with exercise bands by bodylastics and hope to be back in the gym in the next few months. i was wondering if anyone has an opinion,which i am sure they do,about the bands.

If you have to use them for some reason, then I suppose it's fine.
Other than that, I'd use real weights and just begin light.
This may want to be moved to the Training Section???
