    low carb pasta

There is alot of talk on this board about whole wheat pasta, but i have not found nothing talking about low carb pasta. I picked some up the other day and have been eating one serving every three days, after a morning workout. The nutrition facts are:
    1 gram fat
    o cholestrol
    40 mg sodium
    18 grams carbs......net carbs are 10
    and 28 grams protein
I use fat free italian dressing as my sauce. This dressing has no fat and only four carbs per serving....
Does anyone have any thoughts on this as a main course. I tend to think that it might not be to bad..... I am out Fuller

I have tried this brand of low carb pasta and it tastes pretty good. if you can fit it into your macro breakdown for the specified meal than go for it. one thing you mite want to consider is the amount of soy protein in it, i know that there is protein from eggwhites as well, but also plenty of soy flour so therefore you might want to incorporate a meat product so you can get a source of better protein for that meal.
