The Changing from cutting diet to Pre Bulk Diet Or (Pre cycle)
Right now im shredding my body down with a cutting pahse.....16weeks
Next in may i am goin to start a pre bulk or pre cycle diet for 4 months b4 i hit the sauce.......how should my diet change from pre cutting to pre bulk
Then also how should it change goin from pre bulk when on my my cycle to when im on the sauce
Example of cutting diet
Meal 1: 6:30am-7:00am
8egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal (sugar free jam)
Meal 2: 9:30am-10:00am
Protein Shake Myoplex (2 tbsp flax), Glutamine
8oz grilled chicken
Meal 3: 12:30pm-1:00pm
8oz Turkey Breast
Green veggies
Meal 4: 3:30pm-4:00pm
4:00pm (PRE WORKOUT)
Designer Whey Shake
2tbsp of Natural peanut Butter
WORKOUT 4:30-5:30
Meal 5: 5:35
POST WORKOUT NUTRITION
(As I am walking out the gym)
Myoplex Shake w/ 3scoops of Ultra Fuel
Meal 6: 7:00
8oz lean steak/or chicken
½ cup Rice or Oats
1.5 cups greens veggies
8:30 Bed resting for morning cardio
I like mike xxl bulk diet i was maybe thinkin of doing that for my pre bulk

Well, what does your bulk look like?
You can then find a happy medium between the two. Perhaps.

Cutting cals--->Maintaince cals---->Bulking cals--->Heavy Bulking cals

well guys just have started the cutting 2 weeks in but just trying to reserch well ahead of time for the bulk ..
on the bulk what should be my main keys and
i was thinking of taking mike XXl bulk and modifying it to what i feel my body can handle and explore with when the pre bulk pahse comes.....
i just dont want to throw on tons of fat ....want to take a leaner approach to my bulk
swole i didnt recognize ya at first nice new pics
