Best way to Cut in 1 month
Hey guys, I just joined this forum and need some suggestions. I have been in a good lifting mode and doing cardio post workout. Spring break is in a little over a month. What is the most effective course of action to maximize fat loss in that time period. Any specific suppliments that will benifit the most?
