I Am About To Start Cutting And Just Looking For Some Input. Last Year I Tried Low Carb Diet But Never Had Enough Energy Without The Ripped Fuel. Been Asking Around And Everyone Seems To Have Little Variations To There Diets, So Guys And Girls Let Me Know Worked Best For You.

Ditto. But the question is if he's doing cardio first thing in the morning? If so, you don't want to blunt lyposis by ingesting high carbs or really any for that matter. If he's doing cardio, I say scrap the meal listed above and just go with a quickly digesting protein and some form of fat.Quote:

this diet worked for me.. with some modifications.. i always do PWO supplement and i usually eat 1-2 breast after dinner and a shake before bed.. low carb/low sugar..
my experience.. i didn't lose any strength.. lost 25 lbs...
and of coarse since there is little variation.. it takes a stuborn person....
