PWO shake before during after cardio
I know the importance of a PWO shake with carbs after a weight lifting workout, but here is my question.
I play a lot of basketball and sometimes for 2-3 hours at a time. How should I supplement and eat around that. I am trying to lose body fat but want to keep all my muscle and possibly keep at about the same weight.
