Hey guys, I just joined this forum and need some suggestions. I have been in a good lifting mode and doing cardio post workout. Spring break is in a little over a month. What is the most effective course of action to maximize fat loss in that time period. Any specific suppliments that will benifit the most? Please let me know....Swolecat..if u read this please let me know...ur advice is awesome. Also what is the most I can expect out of this time period if I do everything perfect? 20yrs old 6'2 205 20%bf

An ECA, I just discovered Animal Cuts, awesome. And sorry, very moderate carbs, if your looking for quick results. I am sure someone else has more advice.

Well, if you are at 20%, one month is not really enough time to make marked progress. I mean, you'll make progress yes, but your program will have to be spot on, exact, and you'll have to absolutely be killin' it, but again it's only 4 weeks. That's usually when changes are able to be seen and solidified. (3-4 week mark on a very good program)

Ditto. I would also offer up to just focus on the basics. You can make progress, but remember diet is 75% of it all. BTW, what part of AZ are you from? My pops lives in the Gilbert/Mesa area.

Loose the weight slowly. People that go on fat-loss crash courses end up physically and mentally drained only to put the weight right back on.

Look at it as a lifestyle change. Follow a diet high in protein, high in fats, and a moderate amount of carbs surrounding your workouts. Keep reading up on nutrition and hammering away at cardio and training. Sooner rather than later the results will be very rewarding. Good luck,

I agree.. diet is key. I noticed you didn't mention what your diet looks like. Getting that in check will help you a million times more than any supplement would.

also if you crash diet for a month and lean out a bit...as soon as you go away and eat and drink like $hit your results will be gone quicker than you got them. sorry bud, no quick fixes in this game really.

I think that it would be better to say screw look good for spring break and start for summer. That would give you a total of about 15 weeks instead of 5. That way, you can still make progress that will be somewhat noticable during spring break and then continue on towards the summer.
