I don't know what everyone else is thinking but if you can maintain that low of body fat % eating that garbage then more power to you. I'm jealous and I hate you for it!!! (Just kidding, I felt the need to vent...)
If you want to put on some quality mass, all of that other "bashing" advice is good, too. Tuna, chicken breasts, you know the drill.

Why eat **** if it's not going to make you look any better?
I know u have to save cash, go to school, etc. but eating this isn't helping you to be any more buff nor gain any kind of quality weight, which is the ENTIRE reason you are lifting weights, correct? It's why you posted this on the forum, right?
Then eat PROTEIN if you want this to occur (the cans of tuna/chicken/etc).........PB&J on WHITE bread of all things.......dude, freakin' RATS couldn't put on lean muscle tissue eating that shhhiitt.......

Every cheat day I HAVE TO have one. **** I love those things with a glass of skim milk. MMMMM, just so delicious, so creamy. But that's the key word, CHEAT day.

First of all, there are a lot of "broke ass college students" on this board, myself included, so don't expect too much sympathy in that department...however, if you can eat **** like that and stay that lean, i'm not gonna tell you not to. BUT if you're trying to gain weight, you should be concerned with what kind of weight you want to put on. If you eat pbj sandwiches everyday, you will most likely gain more fat than you expect, and not much muscle. If you MUST eat the pbj sandwiches, use sugar free jelly and if you absolutely need the white bread, eat 1/4 cup of fiber one beforehand to slow down the absoption of those crappy carbs...and get some protein from somewhere with that meal.

You gotta look what you're eating bro. If it's not sugar free jelly you are looking at 13g of carbs and 9 gs of sugar per table spoon. You also said you slap it on pretty thick, so we'll times that by two. Two peices of white bread, you are looking at 30g carbs and 4g sugar. And 2 tbsp. of peanut butter leaves you with 7g carbs and 3g sugars. This gives you 63g carbs, 25 sugars and about 450 calories from **** foods.

im just gonna bump this up by saying PB and J tastes great....ON A CHEAT DAY...other than that no version wheat bread or not is a healthy option when dieting.

Well you've got to take this into account:
PB-J Jar- $3
White Bread Loaf- $2
Jelly- $3
That's $8 right there. And that probably won't even last a week, if you eat them all the time and slab on a lot of the p.b. and jelly. For $8, you can get 16 cans of tuna that are 100x times better for you. You may be a "broke ass college student," but so am I. I still manage to pinch out a half way decent diet on low funds.

i get split skin on chicken breasts for 1.50 to 1.99 a pound...rip the skin off and slice off the bone...BOOM, half priced chicken breasts....also many large grocers like Big Y, Shaws and Stop and Shop frequently have sales on beef, ground turkey, chicken breasts and tuna with a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!!! cant go wrong with that...when stuff like that comes around i just stock up on whatever is on sale....also places like costco or trader joe's have excellent prices...all in all bro i am a broke college kid too with a 7 dollar and hour job, yet i still manage to eat 6 healthy meals a day at about 2200 calories.....money issues suck, but there are ways.
