What do you guys think about this?

I was reading this and I did all the formulas, but it doesn't seem like enough cals. What do you guys think? Also, on the meal breakdown for 3,500 cals a day he has the total amounts of protien at 220g, fat at 90g, and carbs at 450g. I eat about 4,000 cals a day with 355g protein, 113g fats, and 402g carbs. My daily breakdown has more protein and less carbs than this says, is this okay? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The best way I've seen to calculate cals. w/o knowing your lean body mass is the Harris-Benedict formula.
