    Angry QUICK & EASY

    I have been eating a **** load of tuna helper because its quick & easy (and more importantly cheap!) Does anyone have any suggestions for something else high cal. & protein, cause MAN I AM BEGINNING TO HATE TUNA HELPER!!!

    Well for one, Tuna Helper is not a good staple, as it is high in BAD fats and carbs and not enough protein for the calories you get from it. I would get some type of N-Large or something along those lines.

    Chicken breasts!!! quick and easy! Also, you can throw in some olive oil/flax oil into your tuna to improve the taste. With flax, tastes just like tuna in veggie oil.

    man i dont know where you get your flax oil , but i have tried three different brands and they all taste like absolue @ss

    gnc flax oil, it costs about 13 bucks a bottle after discount. It sort of adds "fishy" flavor to the tuna.
