no wait tapeworm is uncooked pork... But you can never be too careful with raw eggs because they can carry pathogenic bacteria. Also, whats the deal with that chicken flu going on right now?

is it me or are a lot of people turning to raw eggs lately...people there are truths to the finding of bacteria on raw foods....we all know the FDA is run by a bunch of fat @$$holes for the most part, but they do have some knowledge of what raw food can do to you...if you really feel the need to consume raw eggs use the beaters...personally i like cooking my eggs and eating real solid food. jmo

Why would someone eat raw eggs as opposed to cooking them? Any benifits or is it just lazyness? lol

Scrambled eggs, Omelettes, they just seem so much more appealing...

I heard you can just "warm" them in a mircowave, without fully cooking them. Does anyone know how long?

There's no benefit to eating raw eggs so why even bother.

Seems a lot more convenient chugging it down but beleive me it aint a good idea. raw eggs are full of bacteria that could possibly upset your stomach and even get you sick. cook it before you chug it!

Why? That was a thing of the past... if you want a good raw form of protein get a good whey/casein powder - much safer if anything... with a high biological value - whey has a higher BV than egg anyway. Leave the 70's and move on... much safer and better options available today... and certainly options much more appetizing. But cooking the eggs won't totally damage the protein content unless you deep fried it for an hour in pig fat...
Sh!t, I did eat raw pasteurized eggs in High School (nearly threw up each time too) when I had the mentality that you had to do abnormal things to look abnormal... but I learned better...
