Question how much is to much?

I am currently on my first cycle. It is 600 mg's of test cyp/week, I am also using nolva from LN. Anyway i am seeing water bloat and think that i need to limit my sodium intake. I came to this by researching the topic. Several bro's rec this but do not site any numbers on how much is to much or how much is ideal. I know everyone is different but is there a conversion, like x number of grams per pound of body weight? Thanks Fuller

I wouldn't worry too much about sodium intake as long as you are killing the water. Keep up around 2+ gallons a day and you will be fine.

yea i would definintely drink 2 gals of water a day and also, consider doing cardio like 3 days a week at a moderate intensity to sweat some water off....also you mite want to check to see if the nolva is real...finally if you add a small dose of L-dex EOD that can combat water in a beautiful way. Can you tell i have an anabolic past?? hehehe

Thanks for all the input. I am killing the cardio. I run 1 mile each morning on an empty stomach. And i play racquetball three times a week, at a VERY good pace. I am also taking the advice of u bro's and downing 2 gallons water a day. Just got back home from my thursday r-ball league and when i was playing u would have thought that i was dunked into a **** tank of water!! Never have i sweated so **** much! Anyway thanks again guys Fuller

I'd say to keep your sodium as low as you can just to on the safe side.

If you leave your sodium low, that can leave you dehydrated sooner and hinder your workout gains. Just kill the water as everyone else stated above...

The amount of sodium that the body needs in order to shuttle fluid into the cells is so low that you get all you need from everyday foods and seasonings, supplimenting it with extra sodium is going to do the opposite and cause you to get dehydrated. The sodium in table salt is also not the same sodium that the body uses to get fluid into the cells, it's a type of sodium that pulls liquid out of the cells.

The only difference is the extra chloride atom. Don't mind the humbo jumbo. Take in your foods that are part of your diet and drink lots of water, bottom line.
