This has been happening to me recently, too. It took me about a week to realize that my sinuses are f'ed up from this cold azz weather we've been having in the NE USA. I can't breath through my nose half the time and I'm getting pretty pist about it. I hope that when the weather breaks, my cavities will clear and I will be breathing again. I've noticed that about every 3rd person I talk to sounds conjested as well, so it's not just me, thank god. This could be what you are experiencing, too???

i wouldnt worry about it...unless you are smoking like a chimney and that's causing it (which i highly doubt you are) or you plan to run a marathon in the near future dont worry.

Are you seeing results? If so, then no worries. From what I've read from your past posts, you seem to know what your doing. Just stick with what has gotten you results so far.

First, Fat burning cardio does not really help you get in better cardiovascular shape as Interval or short time high intensity cardio will...

Second, Even if your diet is perfect dont forget the fact that you always have caloric deficit... you get tired a bit...

    or you are maybe overtraining...

I agree with this part. Interval helps to maintain energy for long distances. Long distance running helps with fast, short runs.

Well anytime you have a deficite in your diet, your going to have less energy. That's why when you bulk you have more energy and lift more weight because your calorie intake is higher. Stick with what your doing. Sounds like you know what your doing.

Most likely because of the deficite in your diet and having low energy your going to be winded quicker. Just up your water intake. I don't really know how much more you need to know. If you need me to go into detail more, I can.

lol im not picking fights bro.. but i always thought that getting winded was due to inadaquet intake of oxygen which in turn doesnt oxygenize your blood.. but i guess i was wrong.. ?

I don't think your picking fights bro. But if you could calculate how much oxygen you were taking in and being able to precisely control how much and when, then you my friend are a god. And yes, inadequate oxygen would make you winded sooner. Still don't see what your saying though... Maybe I'm missing the boat here.

Elliot, I'd suggest you try and climb those stairs once more, as you may just have been having a bad day.
