meals in the morning..workout also in the morning
i have a question here guys..i see that lean protein and veg is consumed before workout in the 'how to cut' thead by rambo..and i supposed the workout in that thread is an evening workout..so wat if i have a morning workout? is it ok to have a carb,pro meal(replace glycogen) for breakfast(pre workout)?? by consuming a pro,fiber meal..does it mean that while workiing out, u get energy from fats,which in turn burns fat? i'm in a dilemma as to whether i should replace my glycogen stores upon awaking..or jus have a fat and pro meal, since after this first meal i'll be working out?? :yellowcon
