cardio compensation question for the pro's

This question may seem stupid to some because of the level of dedication on this site, but I am going to ask anyways...

THE SCENARIO: I am currently on week 6 of my first cycle ever; an all natural cutting cycle. Ive been doin alotta research on this site and have taken in alot of good habits. So far, my diet and workout have been going great in my opinion for where i want to be right now, ive already dropped 11 lbs of fat.

Well next week, I will be visiting my brother, at his college in a different state. Kind of a big occassion because of our distance of seperation prevents us from getting together. Being in a college town and the special occassion, we will be doing alot of partying im sure, but i do not want to be thrown off track, im lookin for sort of a happy medium here if possible

THE QUESTION: I plan on continuing my diet(the protein and carb consumption, not total intake) and workout while up there for three days, but lets put out a worse case scenario where i lose it and go back to my old drinking ways and say that in the three days im there, i take down two one-liter bottles of bicardi. I will stick with bicardi because it is 66 cal per serving(1.5 oz), no carbs and mix it with diet coke. If my cardio consists of 4miles a day now and I up it to something like 8miles a day, would this be possible for me to stay on track, or is this just disaster taking in alcohol calories and trying to compensate with 1 1/2 of cardio??

Bro, a few days of partying won't hurt you. Just get back on your diet as soon as you get home. Enjoy the vacation.

Daman1 hit it on the head. For god's sake though, do NOT tell me that you are talking about two liters of STRAIGHT Bacardi... the liver is an important organ . And as a matter of fact if you are going to be drinking very hard you might as well take those 3 days off, it's kind of a waste to try and workout IMO with all that alcohol in your system.

dude three days....i went on spring break last year in cancun....7 days partying...i really fcuked myself up nice...took a bit of time, but i got back to where i needed to be...so after three days of fun just jump back in and you'll have your shape back in no time....not like that short of time is really gonna kill you anyway.
