Plan of action after a Binge...
Ok...
So let's just say I decided to binge again because I have no ****ing dedication :(
I ate enough calories in the last 5 hours to last me 3 days lol. I told myself that this is my last time, because I am sick as **** and I really want to puke I feel so sick. I am not doing this anymore, I am going to write down a strict schedule for cheat days/meals for once every 7 days. I am also goign to start taking an ECA stack to help burn fat and supress my hunger a little.
Anyway... my question is after a binge like this, what is my best plan of action for the rest of the night? It is only 7:30 here and in my off day schedule I still have 2 more meals that I am supposed to eat, and then some whey/flax before bed. Should I skip the rest of my meals since I obviously won't be able to stomach any more food and just let my body have a good 12 hours to digest all the crap I ate, or should i wait about 4-5 hours and then have my whey/flax before bed and then call it a day and start hitting it hard in the morning with my AM Cardio and strict eating all day?
