Anybody ordered from allthewhey, lately? My new order came last week and the isolate doesn't taste the same. It's got an extremely bitter aftertaste. I had some left from my last purchase so I did a side by side comparison of the new stuff to the old. Maybe I got some bad product but I tested strawberry and vanilla and neither met up to the quality of my last order.
I contacted the co. and they indicated that the formula had not changed. They are gonna' send me some free samples to verify that what I received is the correct formula. I'll tell you what, though, if what I received is what it is supposed to taste like, then I gotta' find me a new favorite protein. That sucks!!!! (I hope they didn't change their formula to cut costs like many places do, all that's going to cut is customers...)

All the Whey
They had a problem with a batch of strawberry. They'll take care of you, if you want to return it; that is, if you didn't use a lot of it.
They changed the vanilla for about two weeks, because there was a shortage of the vanilla that they usually use.

Nitro Tech chocolate is good but kinda pricey. I have no complains with Optimum chocolate.

That's all I wanted them to tell me but they played some type of cover up shizzy. I almost felt like there was something wrong with my tongue after speaking with them...

All the Whey's Response
Hi,
Somebody had told me about tatertoos' post.
I spoke to him several hours ago. He had told me that he was going to post an update. I thought that it would have been done by now, but either he got held-up or I misunderstood. We can't wait any longer, and need to respond.
We never spoke to him about his complaint. I had emailed him. Apparently, I led him to believe that we don't care about his complaint. Just the opposite is true. I had asked a lot of questions, because we do care, and wanted to get to the source of the problem.
During today's call, he told me that everything is fine, and that it was a miscommunication. I apologized for the miscommunication. We care about everything that people contact us with.
Thank YouLast edited by dtricome; 09-25-2004 at 12:27 PM.

Sorry...
It's been a hectic day so far.
For certain, Dom and his company (All the Whey) are 1st class. There products are second to none and I will continue with them to the end. Their prices, quality, and flavors cannot be touched on today's protein market. If you haven't tried this product yet, WTF are you waiting for!!!
My initial complaint was totally a communication mishap and I apologize to Dom and Allthewhey for my hasty post and meant no disrespect. I was worried that I might lose a product that I essentially cannot live without, or would not want to, anyway...
I think I'm addicted.

hey i loved your protein when i tried it and would definitely continue to be a customer...is there any chance though that you can offer a dextrose product for post workout nutrition....if i could buy dex and protein from the same source it would be oh so convenient. lemme know if you think the idea is a good one.

Why does everyone like overpaying for these "name" brands when we all know which is the best. Does their need to be more proof? All of the top members on this board go with allthewhey, it's no big mystery... try it for yourself!!!!

I was wondering where to get AllTheWhey in Canada? It appears that my powder is inferior. LOL. Any help would be great.
