    flax seed oil

    bros just bought some to add to me diet they are the pill form 1000mg how much do u need daily?

    need more

    thats only 2 grams (1000mg=1g) for a cutting diet, guys on here use between 50-100 g depending on the day. you need to up the dose from that.

    That's why the oil is better than the caps. WHo wants to down 15 capsules at a time?

    Wow, didn't realize that most of the guys took that much each day. Just curious how many times a day do you take it? 2 or 3 or is it more like with every meal?

    How do you guys take this stuff? I bought a big bottle of it, I tried just mixing it(1tbsp) in with a proteing shake, and almost puked...Am I just a big wimp , or is there a trick to make this stuff go down easier?

    just take a shot of it and wash it down with some protien. bad taste gone in seconds

    Just be a man and swallow it down. Don't mix it with your shake or else you'll have a flax-flavored shake.

    I would take falx oil with all my pro/fat meals if i could afford it. . but i sub with almonds or olive oil or natty PB ect ect ect

    i have flaxseed oil 2 times daily. first meal with protein, and last bedtime meal with protein.

    I eat lots of almonds and cook in olive oil so i guess i am actually getting more than the 2g per day, but not anywhere near the 50-100 that the guys here are.

    its an efa(essential fatty acid) its a healthy fat like olive oil or almonds. Its not a supplement its just oil thats good for you when used in a solid diet.

    now that i think of it 100g thats quite a number... i have about 60? more or less..
