Guys, Thanks for your responses on my previous post. Since i already consume 46g protein, 5g creatine, 50g dextrose with my bottle of gatorade for my PWO drink, would adding maltodextrin be overkill? If not, how much should i use? Would this pwo drink be enough to take care of my pwo carb needs befor having my FULL ppwo carb/protein meal 2 hrs later? Thanks !
