    wide hips, big ass...

Hey i finally came to the conlcusion that i'm unfortunately a endomorph. Since the beginning of time, i've always had a heavy bottom(belly button down) big ankle bones, wide hip bones, big ass, you get the picture. How can i get rid of the excess fat on my bottom? It's pitiful to see a ripped chest and a 6 pac with a humongous ass. ANybody have any suggestions?

I would just implement cardio such as a stationary bike and then exercises that work you glutes.

It sounds to me like your estrogen levels are high...go with a VERY clean diet with plenty of veggies, meats and good fats. Other than that to combat the estrogrn 20mgs of Nolva should help with that....daman1's suggestion to work out the glutes is prime, but I would have to say that running followed buy a brief walk (possibly 35 mins run/ 15 mins walk) would help kill ass fat fast....I always do cardio first thing in the morning to help speed up the fat loss process...

    Good Luck

so theoretically if i were to run for cardio, more fat in my legs would burn more fat compared to my arms? Also does it always hold true that men with big hips have higher estrogen levels than other men?

EDIT- I don't get it, I never had/have bitch tits.

I have observed that running slims the legs and ass, but you will lose weight all over...however walking briskly at the end of the run is great for burning ass fat....by far the combo of the two as I posted before is the best IMO....

To answer your other question....men with higher estrogen levels tend to have fat in their ass and hips, as women get. Those are estrogen fat deposits as the stomach is for men. I cant say that this holds true for 100% of the population because there are always exceptions to any rule....

I'm lost on your hormone speak but let's clear something up: spot reduction of fat through excercise is impossible.

The only feasible explanation that a person's legs and butt would shrink from running would be due to muscular atrophy from overtraining/cortisol production.

Daman was on to something with the bike but you will have to lose fat all over in order for your legs and butt to shrink, likewise.

Also, if your chest is ripped and you can see your abs, maybe your not an endomorph, 'cause I'm an endomorph and I have a gut, bitch tits, and a fat ass, LOL!!!
Maybe you're just a meso with big ass muscles, which in some cultures, is a plus.

    Peace out...

Yes that is true, and is usually related to intensity/duration/kind, not the location of the work. I was just meaning that running let's say instead of a nice fast paced walk won't make fat come off one's hips or (__!__) any faster than the other.

My apologies...it was always my understanding that walking would help to sculpt the ass and hips.

Will86...Swole knows his stuff, my point was based more on personal experiece rather than science. Good Luck

    Sculpt, yes through muscular sculpting.

Not sculpting through spot reduction of fat loss/lipolysis.

That's science and personal experience, just for the record.
