Can eating to many calories make you feel like shit? I pig out all the thime to gain some mass and I noticed that no matter how much I sleep I always feel tired and when I am in class I always fell like shit I herd that this could be the reason. I saw this because it started recently

Yep eating loads can make you feel like crap thats why you should increase the cals slowly that way your body gets used to it and less chance of you gaining fat
