eat more......... 1 breast =8 oz...... raw.........
beef.......... raw.......... that's how they do the nutrients info..........
you should weigh your meat after you cook it because it shrinks and when calculating the amount of a food you need say 6oz of chicken you need to know that 6oz raw chicken shrinks to around 4 oz. therefore you could get yourself into a larger calorie deficit than required.
i dont weight it.. i dont eat anywhere near my calculated calorie intake.. :(
Aint the difference between pre cooked and cooked calories negligible? i wouldnt think that the difference in calories are that great. Hope not. If iam wrong im in deep s*#t coz ive been using pre cooked values!
Spoon
well i would say yes because say you cook some beef.....it shrinks a good 2 to 3 ounces during the process therefore lowering the actual amount you are taking in. i think that this lowers the calories...so far i've been weighin my food post cooking and find that i am making progress and eating a bit more then when i used to weigh pre cooking. also my best friend is going for a fitness and figure show and her trainer advised weighing after you cook to make sure you're not undereating...in a time when she's eating a minimal amount of food to keep muscle and burn fat this is important.
