    Egg white question

Hey I was just wondering if you could eat dried powdered egg whites instead of raw egg whites when dieting. I looked around and it says powderd egg whites are mostly for cooking. I was just wondering if you could just spoon it and down it with some water, it would be alot cheaper.

Well eating raw egg whites= you better call the ambulance right away. As long as the egg whites are pasturized your fine.

Ok. Thanks for the reply bro. Say if i put it in a bit of dried egg white powder in oatmeal and cook it up abit? I dont think there would be a problem with that would it? I found a place that sells a lb for like 15 bucks, and was wondering what the BV, and actuall difference was. I checked it up and One Tablespoon has 11.5 g of protien.
