    Need some info on cutting diet

    Well I have been cutting now for 2 months and have lost 3 inches on my waist and 9 lbs. The problem is I lost those three inches in about 5 wks. and have stopped losing inches as of about 2.5 weeks ago. Just seems as if I have stopped seeing any difference in my body. I eat clean NEVER CHEAT unless it is a cheat day, which is once every seven days. I am curious if maybe I have to much carbs in my post w/o. My Bf% is 16, down from 22. I now weigh 211 Lbs. I w/o 6 days a week w/ 4 days of cardio for 30 min. @70% of max heart rate. My diet is now at 2900 cals, down from 3600 cals. I only removed carbs. Currently at 200 carbs and will get down to 100 carbs over the next couple of weeks. Just curious if I am doing it right or do I just need to give it time or should I change something. This is my diet:

    Meal 1 CALS,PRO,CARB,FAT
    Whey 240, 44, 8, 3
    oatmeal 150, 5, 27, 2.5
    multi
    1G Vit. C
    R-ALA

    Meal 2 pre-wo
    7 oz sirloin tip 398, 64, 0, 16
    oatmeal 150, 5, 27, 2.5
    R-ALA
    Glutamine

    Meal 3 PWO
    whey 240, 44, 8, 3
    dextrose 150, 0, 37, 0
    Creatine 140, 0, 35, 0
    multi
    3G vit. C
    R-ALA

    Meal 4
    6.5 oz turkey 258, 60, 0, 2
    oatmeal 300, 10, 54, 5
    R-ALA

    Meal 5
    whey 240, 44, 8, 3
    Flax 130, 0, 0, 14

    Meal 6
    Sirloin tip 398, 64, 0, 16
    flax 130, 0, 0, 14
    Glutamine

    totals 2924, 340, 204, 81

    Also I figured the lowest I would go is 2500 cals. Would this be low enough to keep as much muscle as possible and get to 8%?? Thanx everyone.

    is your creatine mix already come with dextrose? 70+ grams of carbs post workout is an assload of carbs IMO.. i have 30g of carbs from dex PWO and i see some great results. i consume 1900 cals a day, im 5'8.. 170 lbs.. 14% ish BF now.. i was 22%

    i think you need to focus on am carido on empty stomach for 45min.. cut your calories to 2500.. if that doesnt work, down to 2200..

    i think since your trying to cut.. some of your meals have to many carbs.. you can certainly shred some.. i think you need to lower your total kcal's mostly..

    yeah I am going to lower cals. I just don't want to do it to fast. Yeah the creatine does have dextrose. I thought it seemed like a lot but not al ot compared to when I was bulking. The dextrose is probably going to be the next thing to go. I just want to see If I am on the right track. ThanxBrazy.

    me personally id remove the dextrose.. if its already premixed with your creatine..

    cut the sirloin tip in half. and have half that flax (last meal).. seems like a ****load of fat, being it good.. its still ALOT of fat in one sitting

    same with your pre workout meal.. cut that in half or eat 75%

    Sirloin tip.. 800 cals a day.. cut that in half.. so thats -400 cals.. -150 from dex.. we're at - 550

    so we are in the ball park of around 2400 cals a day..

    im willing to bet you could probably even go as low as 2200/2300 calories a day and still keep your strength and lose fat. the key is to do things slowly, not just drastically cut 500 calories

    plus i think 64 grams of protein in a sitting is ALOT.. doubt your body can handle all that..

    id wait for swoles opinion also

    USE MOSTLY PRO/FAT MEALS BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT AND CARBS P.W. AND MEALS AFTER. YOU NEED A SLOW DIGESTING PROTEIN LIKE CASEIN BEFORE BEDTIME

    Correct me if I am wrong but you say use flax for meal 3. That is my PWO shake. Wouldn't that be the opposite of what I want. Also curious as to why I should change oatmeal for brown rice?? Well if that is all anyone can find guess I am not doing to bad.

    You are right, I didnt see the p.w. Use the flax as part of meal 2 and scrap the oatmeal.
