Hunger and Energy when not using ephedra?

I cycle ephedra 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The problem is, when im on my off weeks, my hunger is through the roof and it seems like my energy is almost non-existant. To suppress my huger, i sometimes just eat my food as fast as possible, then pound a diet soda, but im lookin for a better way.

Anyone have any suggestions to suppress hunger and boost energy when not using ephedra?

    Thanks,

    ost

To boost energy you can intake some caffeine for energy. I know it exists in most ECA's but its a source. Also you can try taking some simple sugars.

Sorry its all I can think of but I am sure someone will chime in with more ideas.

What Ammar said was good. Also, for appetite suppression, just drink a ton of water. Just eat whatever it is your diet calls for for that meal, then pound 32+ oz. of water.

2 gallons of water a day keeps ur belly full..also the diet soda idea isnt a bad one and also drinking coffee black with just splenda or equal helps too...as well as teas and other beverages.

fibrous veggies are a good idea, too. Incorporate them into your meals if you're not already, and they should help keep you feeling full without adding too many calories.

fiber one is key as well.....in between meals it helps and supplies 7 grams of fiber per quater cup. I eat it dry like a crunchy snack type food.
