Cycle Diet

Ok here's the deal. I will be doing my first cycle. It is gonna be Test Enan 500mg/week and EQ 400mg/week. My question is regarding my diet. Now I know I will put on some water weight with my cycle but I want as much lean muscle as possible. I am confused on my diet though. Should I do high protein, high carb, high calorie??? Or high calorie/high protein/low carb??

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Well that depends...is it a bulking cycle or a cutting cycle?

if it's a bulking cycle check out the gaining lean muscle thread up top by Mike...if you are cutting then check out the Unofficial cutting guide by Rambo up top. also to combat water, i suggest useing .25 - .5 arimidex EOD.

Definitely get your diet in order BEFORE you choose these compounds. Find your goal, then layout your dietary/exercise plan of attack, THEN choose any aides you are going to utilize to help you w/the entire process.

Ok thanks for the replies fellas. My diet right now is for a bulking cycle. Its not 100% clean but its pretty **** clean. Its just tough to stay on it with school, work then working out.
