    Diet slowed down

Im eating about the same as I did when posting this thread

    http://www.anabolicreview.com/vbulle...ad.php?t=80605

some slight modifications, like I eat a bit less now and I stay under 100g carbs even on workout days.

The odd ****ing thing is that over the last 2 weeks I have GAINED 1kg(2,2 pounds) , cause of a slight achiles tendon injury I didnt do much cardio 2 weeks ago but I hit the cardio hard last week. Still I gained that ****ing kilo and that should be bloody impossible on this diet and with my supps.
I feel leaner to and look leaner I guess so maby I have added muscle. But isnt 1 kilo of muslce on 2 weeks while dieting an awfull lot to put on

Its heratbraking when the weight doesnt go down, bloody anoying ****

This is my progress so far. The pics with long hair is from around christmas and the other pics are from this friday.

well weight fluxtuates 5-10lbs on any given day with water and the amount of food that goes in ya so dont go by it. if you see yourself in the same mirror regularly improving then there ya go. also if you clothes fit looser that is another indication. make sure that you are lowering calorie intake as your weight drops too so you can keep that 500 calorie per day deficit. other than that i dont really know what would stop progress.

yeah i agree with bigsd.. pick a shirt and try it on every week see how it fits.. mirror is a huge indicator and yeah calculate your calorie intake every 1-2 weeks and take off 500 and your golden..

Just keep at it Johan. I've been watching your avatar progress picture wise over the past 2 or 3 yrs, and you've made incredible gains. Just keep going bro, it'll start to show well. The scale is not a good indicator of anything at all, unless you do it a specific way all the time. Go by the mirror and pictures, as well as tape measurers. Keep at it, 2 weeks isn't much time.

    Thanks bro

Yeah 2 weeks isnt much but I kinda have a competiton against my old lifting buddy and best friend. We have made a bet the one that is in the best shape this summer will get 50$. Dont care about the money just the pride

Unfortunaly he is FAR superior to me geneticaly, he puts on muscle easier, he loses fat easier ect. So Im gonna have to bust my ass twice as hard as him.

I have until July and that asshole already got abs showing

It flucuates up to 6 pounds as your body holds up to that much in storage. If you keep drinking a great deal of water, your body weight won't flucuate that much, if at all.
