Quick question...
Due to lack of knowlage of my bf i use the Harris-Benedict formula to get the caloric need for a 215 LBS (my target weight). The caloric need came out to 3327 CAL's and my macro being 50% (415g) protein, 35%(166g) fat and 15%(124g) carbs. I've been doing this for about 2 months and have had signficant sucess so far. How ever a couple of weeks ago the weight did not move.. So last week I skipped my cheat day and nothing has changed.. I do cardio daily, lift in the night time. I was just wondering do thoes numbers look good to you guys? Also any idea what might be staling my weight loss?
FYI. I'm 6'1 and 233 LBS.
Also one more question of topic. I have like 4-5 bottles of Xenadrine EFX (Ephedra Free Version) I was wondering would it have the same effect as regular Xenadrine RFA if I would add Bronkaid (25g of Ephedrine HCL)?

That seems to be a very high caloric intake to be cutting.
Then again I don't look at total calories, I look at macros, but if I total up my daily calories while cutting I'm at about 2500, and I'm 238 right now.
Not saying you should go a lot lower (because you probably are not seperating foods as meticuously as I do) but you are going to have to reduce that number to lose weight. You can tell it's slowed already, so it's time to cut into some of those calories. Make sure you don't lose lean mass cutting out the wrong things at the wrong times, or doing to much exercise to try and make up for the kcals.

yaeh i though the same thing.. 3300 is a **** load of cals and it threw me off track as well. so i redid the math and came out to the same thing.. starting today im a start going down to 2800-3000 see how that goes. the caloric need calcuated is for a 215 and modarate activty level since i do am cardio run around at work and walk my huge ass campus then lift in the might time. soo im a try to do this and see how it goes. oh yeah i have hardly any carbs till my PWO shake and PWO meal.. anyway thenx sc and dm

well at 182lbs im shooting for 2100 cals a day and i separate foods like it's my job...so far my strenght has not suffered, actually improved so i think im doing ok. i would agree with the boys and say to check that out first. also if you lower them then still do your cheat day to jump start your metabolism again.
