    Question Lean Ground Chicken!

    While cutting, would a serving of Lean ground chicken consisting of 19g Protein, 10g fat with some fiberous veggies be fine?

    Never ate it, just found some in my freezer, lol

    Wasn't sure if it was quality meat or not while cutting, mom's making a ground chicken meatloaf right now, mmmmmmm can't wait

    Seems a little high in fat if you try and use it as a meal(I'd say 2-2.5 servings) so I'd just adjust, lower, my fat intake elsewhere in the day...

    i actually just bought some...buy one get one free is so key...tastes good and definitely can be fit into a pro/fat meal with some veggies...though i prefer ground turkey, only 8g fat and 23g protein per 4 oz. serving.
