oh man...i wouldn't know where to begin. Do some searches, read through the threads on this forum for a while, and try to educate yourself a little..then ask questions if you're still not sure.

Rych,
If you are serious about all of this, and are not posting this stuff for a cheap laugh, then please read the sticky thread above in the diet forum, as well as the myriad of posts here that can help to educate you on what you SHOULD eat. I can't help but think perhaps you are posting this just to see what comments it'll get, because you listed a breakfast that is only second to twinkies and kool aid as far as being the most horrid matter you could ingest.
Then again, if the foods that you should eat to attain results, you "don't like" them, then your journey isn't going to take you that far down the yellow brick road. No I ain't talkin' about one layered in Sunny D either...
Thanks,
~SC~

Learn to love eggs. Get creative with them, throw in some cheese or veggies for an omlet. Sometimes I eat mine with some fat free salsa-it's the sh*t.
Elliot - I drink usually 3 cups of black coffee every morning, but I heard it's bad if ur taking creatine because it's a dieretic. U know anything about this?

as for the breastfast post....if you really really hate eggs go with a good protein shake and definitely hit up the oats in the morning. of if you cant do it then try pro lab lean mass matrix...the carbs come from whole grains and it's really really tasty and a good price.

Swole, if twinkies and kool-aid are out, does that mean my frosted poptarts, yoo-hoo, and bowl of honey are out also?

Diet
I see a couple of mistakes. First the White Bread. After a night of sleep your body needs to build up its muscle and blood glycogen. White bread first of all raises insulin levels about the highest they can go (which is counter-productive). White bread also is empty calories, your body does not have to process the calories so you are taking in calories that you cannot use. Also Wheat bread provides a better source of protein than White Bread. If you eat grain products stick with Whole Wheat the whole way.
Second- The drink provides a lot of sugar and probably high glucose corn syrup. These won't help you much unless you are lifting right after breakfast. Stick with SKIM milk and if you want the sugar for immediate energy try a tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
Third- Peanut butter is almost the worst source of protein. It's way to high in fat. If you want something on toast try fat free spray butter w/ fat free strawberry cream cheese. You might want to try a low carb protein drink (Mythoxy Pro) with 2 cups of milk and some toast.
Unless your juicing your body can only use about 40-50grams of protein per every two hours. Try out these products for increased protein with low fat.
Jenny-O Turkey Bacon
Pam Spray
Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Fat-Free Spray Butter
Skim Milk
Kellogg's Smart Start (Soy Protein Cereal)
Here is an example of my breakfast:
5 egg whites = 30 g of protein
1/3 Cup of Fat Free Cheese = 9 g of protein
4 Slices Jenny-O Bacon = 12 g of protein
or
Cube Steak = 14 g of protein
1 Cup Milk = 9 g of Protein
Whole Wheat Toast (2 Slices)
or
Whole Wheat Tortilla

Caffeine / Creatine Dieritic
It's true. Both caffeine and creatine are diuretics. You need to really watch your water intake. It sounds gross but the best way is to watch you piss color. The clearer the better.

Your right
Your right. Let me rephrase my answer. Creatine does hold water in the cell while caffeine forces it out, neutralizing the effects of creatine. However when creatine holds water in the cells many times the other cells in the body don't get enough water. You can take load creatine and have water in the cells but still have yellow piss, indicating that you have a high ketone body content which indicates that your kidneys are not receiving enough water. Diuretics further this process putting more strain on your kidneys. Also creatine main function is not to store water in the cells but to provide your muscles with the energy necessary to take ADP and turn it back into ATP which muscles must have in order to contract (lift weight). Your body cannot do this without creatine and supplementing creatine gives your body greater stores for resupplementing ATP
