How and How often do you check your progress?

    Like the title says...

Do you just jump on the scale once every week or two? If so when?

I'd get some calipers but Im sure I'd do them wrong...

My guy at the gym who use to do calipers left so uh oh...

Never used calipers, too much room for human error IMO.

Most ideal is to weigh yourself every TWO weeks (I use Saturday), first thing a.m. after rising after you take a pee pee, totally naked, before eating or drinking anything.

This is by far the most accurate "weigh" (way) to measure progress or lack thereof, while cancelling out factors such as excessive water/salt/glycogen.

I stay away from mirrors, calipers, and especially scales. They all lie to you, and I use the mirror unless I really need a weigh in. The mirror doesn't lie.

I never use the mirror b/c you see yourself every single day, and its hard to know the difference youve made if your seeing yourself every day, I jump on the scale every sunday or every other sunday, and to really tell if im getting bigger or not I just go and see people I havent seen in a few months and if they say 'sheit bro your looking huge' then i know im getting bigger if they say nothing i got back to the gym and train twice as hard.

i use a plethora of mirrors no matter where im at...i notice that some mirrors make me look nice....ones with good lighting....while others make me look just OK....i figure when the ones that make me look OK make me look nice ill be better than i was...sounds very insane (though i think im on my way to a nut house doing this for so long anyway) but what the hell it makes sense to me.

I had some friends come back for spring break...They said I looked a lot thinner!! Face wise and body...I'd say I've only lost like 5-10 lbs since then but maybe they remember my FAT days....
