You will get good results from the test only cycle, but why not add EQ or another compound to help increase your results? I assume your first cycle was most likely test based as well?

well this aint the roid forum so i wont suggest using Fina for some real kick @$$ strength, hardness, and muscle quality gains with carb intake i dont know the actual amount you should definitely take in the way of grams, but i would suggest limiting carb intake to three meals....in the morning, PWO and PPWO just raise the amount taken in and still keep it clean as possible...if you can gain 15lbs and still stay around 10% then you should easily gain another 15-20 with minimal fat gain if you continue to eat clean....i feel that carb timing will help with this as well.

Step 4 - Macronutrient Breakdown In YOUR Diet

Now that we know how many total calories need to be consumed each day, where do the calories come from? Based on your BMR, Activity Level and Athletic Category you need:

Protein Grams: 235 Grams Per Day.
Protein Calories: 940 Protein Calories Per Day.

Fat Grams: 67 Grams Per Day.
Fat Calories: 602 Fat Calories Per Day.

Carbohydrate Grams: 617 Grams Per Day.
Carbohydrate Calories: 2468 Carb Calories Per Day.

ugh how i wish that was true..

The only problem it seems with the site is that it seems most people on here do not know there true bodyfat %, just a rough guesstimate based on what they do know.
