    check out my diet, SC others

    thank you for checking this out
    I am hovering over 10% weigh 170
    current cycle
    300 eq + 350 prop

    Diet to gain lean mass and lose fat

    Meal #1:
    6 oz. lean meat
    4 egg whites
    ½ cupof oats

    Meal #2:
    Protein Shake: approx. 300-350cal
    protein pwder and whipping cream 2tbsp

    Meal #3:
    8 oz. lean meat
    1 cup brown rice

    1 cup of vegs

    Meal #4:
    dextrose and protein 500 cals

    Meal #5:

    8 oz. Chicken Breast, Turkey, Fish, Lean Pork (tenderloin)
    2 cups of vegetables

    Meal #6:
    5 egg whites + 5 oz. turkey
    ½ cup of vegs

    SCARP WHIPPED CREAM AND USE A BETTER SIMPLE CARB FOR P.W. IF THIS IS FOR P.W.

    IF NOT, WHERES THE GOOD FATS?? NEED SOME HERE.

    SCRAP BROWN RICE. NEED GOOD FATS HERE.

    1 cup of vegs

    Meal #4:

    USE ONLY WITH P.W.

    Meal #5:

    8 oz. Chicken Breast, Turkey, Fish, Lean Pork (tenderloin)
    2 cups of vegetables

    NEED A BETTER COMPLEX CARB HERE AS WELL

    Meal #6:
    5 egg whites + 5 oz. turkey
    ½ cup of vegs

    YOU NEED A SLOW DIGESTING CARB, AS EGG WHITES ARE FAST ABSORBING.

    thanks for the reply, yes my workout is before the dextrose (meal 4)
