Do you spike in the morning?
I hear that spiking in the morning will decrease your insulin sensitivity, is this true? I've also heard that spiking in the morning won't decrease sensitivity because of the heavy training you do. What is your opinion on the matter?

I don't necessarily SPIKE it heavily, but I do take in carbohydrates to replenish my muscles after a long sleep. They are in the form of low glycemic carbs.

I don't play volleyball, so I never spike in the morning!
