There's no hidden secret bro...just the same diet every other bodybuilder uses. Chicken, lean meats, turkey, fish, yams, oats, brown rice, blah blah blah.
Of course the # of cals and macros vary based on their individual goals and needs.

Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler can post their diets on here but its not going to help us any. We know exactly what they eat, its just how much they eat that separates them from the average bodybuilder.

Keep in mind, Swole's not good a what he does because he has some secret formula or anything...he's good because his diets are personalized to suit and cater his clients. And above his diets produce results!

Yeah, diets are boring as hell, it's just the normal stuff adjusted to my body type. It really doesn't differ from the norm whatsoever. So Swole, US, what about you?

My stables are spagetti/meatballs/manicotti/lasagna and garlic bread. On cheat days, I eat chicken, tuna, and oats.

I guess its the dego blood in me My mom would probably disown me if I ever refused one of her meals

I've been using "I'm tired." But that's not working much anymore either.

What's funny is that I actually do have a magic "formula". I have a complex spreadsheet for SGX and SUP2 that I plug the new clients information into, hit return, and it spits out the macros for on/off days, cardio amounts, and workout frequency w/rest intervals and all that, for the given client's starting points. What's cool is these starting points I get from the formula I created are **** near spot on from the get go, so we waste no time adjusting. Yes, it took years to get it right, and there are always 1 or 2 people that throw the formula outta whack (low test levels, excessive thyroid activity or lack there-of, etc). So, it's not a "secret" as far as the layout and what is productive, it's just that once I have stats all I have to do is type and hit return, and VOILA!!!!!

My diet right now looks like this on a training day......

    oats/egg whites/pro powder for meal 1.............

    isolate/omegas for meal 2..............

steak/green beans or 4% ground beef w/ tossed salad.........

same as meal 2 for meal 4...........

Mass Recovery or dextrose/isolate for pwo liquid meal......

    Chicken/rice for pwo solid meal...........

    Swole,

I presume you do cardio in the morning...So how long do you wait after cardio before you down meal 1?

I know when I wake up Im often hungry, doing cardio only fuels the hunger...haha...Therefore I jump from my stairmaster into the kitchen RIGHT after..haha

agreed...however after that 45mins my stomach is actually grumbling....probably the only time a day it gets to be hungry because of my frequent eating.

Even if Im hungry or not, I like to eat!!! I dont find it to be a chore at all...Im just looking forward to the day where Im lean enough so that I can bulk like a madman!!!

On the other end of the spectrum, I can go through the day without eating much solid food too. At times when Im pressed for time to make my lunch, Ill make a couple shakes to take with me at school...Ill use them as my meals for meals 2 and 3...Ill have breakfast at 830(just 2 whole eggs and 2 whites and a scoop of a whey), a shake at 1130-12, another at 3 and finally get home to have some food at 530...I can make it through the day easily...I really am an extremist...I can eat a ton or nothing...

Those who are not hungry after cardio, are you taking an ECA before cardio or other stimulant? Most likely that is why u aren't hungry.
