Clean foods/drinks that you cannot live without
Name some foods other than the ever boring chicken, and tuna that you have slowly developed a small obsession with. Mine are:
Natural Almond Butter in a can
Pure extract Green Tea with 2 packets of splenda
Extra Lean Ground beef marinated in tyraki sause on a large romaine lettuce wrap
Lets hear some other under-rated foods and meal combos.

im curious.. for the past few months for my dieting, i have used a hint of spice, or tinge of salt. i add zero to flavour my meals.
im wondering about cinamon, it has no calories/carbs.. its just a spice right?
and i love my oatmeal/whey isolate mix.. taste so **** good

I just discovered "Lukes Ice cream" www.lukesicecream.com available only in FL/Ga .... 40 calories for 1/2 cup...Sugarfree AND fatfree AND Gluten free...Its my sugarfree jello now!!
Only problem is you are suppose to wait for it to soften but I can never wait!! No paitance(sp?) so its a pain in the arse to scoop...
Ive only tried Chocolate...Very good but it doesnt have the same consistency of ice cream...I little icier I guess rather then creamier...Beggers cant be choosy though...
I need to find the flavors they depict on the site....Ive seen Vanilla, Chocolate, Butter Pecan, Strawberry but they say there is "Triple Decker Chocolate, with rich, creamy fudge and chocolate chips" and a "Raspberry Cheesecake with ribbons of raspberry dancing over sweet cheesecake ice cream." Amazing!!

Cottage cheese
Homemade pesto sauce (works great with chicken breasts, and egg whites)
Unsalted almonds
tarragon spice (i add this to make egg whites not so BBBorring)
tofu
tuna spaghetti with chili flakes. Instead of using ground beef i substitute tuna. this has been an absoulte lifesaver for me as i am sick to my head with it.

It's not my own recipe or anything. I just buy a package of chili seasoning, and there's always a recipe on the back. It usually says 1 lb. ground beef ( i just substitute extra lean ground turkey), 2 8oz. cans tomato sauce, 1 can kidney beans and some water... I usually use 8oz. tomato sauce and 8oz. canned diced tomatoes with green chiles, and sometimes I alter the amount of beans depending on how many carbs I want to eat at the time. I always top mine with fat free cheddar cheese...but i'm sure a sprinkle of regular cheese wouldn't add too much fat if you're not keen on the fat free stuff.

Been reading a lot of hype about Crystal Light, grabbed a few boxes of it yesterday and DIZAM! is this **** good, tastes like its loaded with sugar but it has next to nothing in in, how many glasses would you recommend drinking a day while dieting?
